Class Schedules

Group Classes are small so that there is enough time to attend to everyone. After you have tried a class I ask you to commit for a term, so we all know where we stand. All the classes cost £10 each.
All levels of experience are welcome, the work is individual, and the group supports and learns from each member.

These classes are suitable for anyone who is interested in developing their own practice in a specific and detailed way.

Many people prefer to start working 1-2-1 to help find relief from specific problems, such as bad backs, knees, asthma, and mental health issues.

The extra support of individual sessions has helped them relate more personally to the practice. They have become better equipped to develop ways of managing their own healing, wellbeing and happiness.
